Giant Bicycle Company, one of the world's top manufacturers of quality
bicycles, used the same successful approach with the Halfway as for
their electric-assisted bikes, viz. joining with world leading niche
experts: In this instance renowned bicycle designer Mike Burrows. The
Halfway's rigid aluminum frame provides a comfortable and confidence
inspiring ride. 7-speeds (34-74 gear inches). Intriguing, superbly
finished features include single sided fork and rear stay (as offered on
the Vespa). Comes complete with custom rack, fenders and even a light
carrying bag. Weight 28 lbs. Folds simpler and quicker (besides the
Tikit) than any other folder folder sold by us to 12 x 32 x 32". 2008
model in black. A good deal more style and ingenuity than the mere $575
price might suggest.
