Bikes arrive unassembled from factory to dealer. A bicycle subsequently absolutely needs to be assembled, tuned and adjusted by a competent technician to assure safety, maximize longevity and rider enjoyment as well as to activate the warranty.
We ship Birdys and Bromptons throughout the 50 states as well as the eZee Quando throughout the contiguous 48. These folders are prepped and shipped with FedEx and UPS direct to the Customer: 'Just unpack, unfold and ride!' Please see Pricing for details.
Full-sized eZee models are trucked 'just about assembled' throughout the contiguous 48 states. Please see Pricing for details.
We will not ship the new Giant Twists.
We do not export.
Bikes are packed with great care to minimize shipping damage, which has been rare over the years. Please note however that in order to consider a damage claim the shipping companies absolutely require that the receiver (= bike customer) notes any damage immediately on actual delivery, retains the original packaging and promptly files a claim. Our freight rates include insurance. Regret but we cannot be responsible for shipping damage or delay.
