We are not offering yet another device that replaces human power. Our electric bikes are for those among us who prefer to pedal rather than for someone wishing to avoid pedaling.
Our bikes facilitate and enhance: Ride with greater ease and enjoyment, at instantly variable power and/or exercise levels, for expanded purposes, on more routes, farther, consistently etc.
The optimized electric bike is uniquely designed:
- Around a modest-to-moderate human power input as an integral component or 'as if human power matters.'
- For the motor not to overwhelm the efforts of the rider but to encourage and facilitate pedaling while handling much like a regular, well built bicycle with good components—whether the power is on or off.
- To allow for the intuitive blending of human and electric power. The pedal-activated electric bicycle (rather than the throttle operated) achieves this in the most efficient, and arguably the most enjoyable, manner.
Pedal-activation of the specific design that senses torque plus speed (rather than speed only) provides an instant and proportional response as soon as the rider steps (be it ever so lightly) on the pedal: The power you need, the instant you need it. Without having to give it a thought. (Or operate any controls).
