The family operated factory designs and manufactures in particular its own outstanding motors, controllers and consoles. Kinetic bikes come 'fully loaded' (fenders, rear rack, chain guard, integrated front and rear lights) with a higher level of bicycle components than typically found in electric bikes.
The bikes are continuously test ridden by the head of the factory himself over thousands of rugged miles in Europe, Africa and Asia and have won many electric bike races.

Proprietary drive system with a high torque 500 W front motor, ‘dual mode’ power control, i.e. throttle + pedal activation seamlessly and intuitively working together, monitoring and power setting handle bar display, and the quality bicycle components rarely found in electric bikes on the U.S. market.
The quick release, lockable state of the art Li-Ion battery of 10 or 14 Ah is placed in the ideal center of gravity position, i.e. just behind the seat tube.
Comes abundantly ‘fully loaded’ with front disc and rear Shimano BR IM80 brakes, Shimano Nexus 8-speed internal rear hub, Schwalbe 26″ (Big Apple 2.0 on the step-thru and Marathon+ MTB on slope frame model) puncture resistant tires, front fork + seat post suspension, rear rack & full fenders, integrated front & rear strong lights, full chain guard, center kick stand and ‘euro’ style integrated lock.

No other electric bike may have so indefatigably gone the distance and as cheerfully chewed up as many varying roads. The Torq has decisively proven itself in races, rallies and on ultra long treks.
The Torq's accomplishments include three consecutive wins in the Tour de Presteigne (the world's premier electric bike race) in Wales and winning the Jurassic Race in Switzerland.

For some of us the complicated control modules of some brands have become rather awkward to operate and read. Pushing the 'wrong' button while riding may create a power supply surprise.
The Kinetic module differs. It is quite intuitive and easy to read: The 'up' and 'down' buttons on the right allows you to set the power level, which will be indicated in the bottom row of lights.
And by the way, if you are rider who relishes power, press 5 power lights, hold on and enjoy a 'pavement wrinkling' performance.
The top row of lights lets you know the state of charge of your battery.

A Kinetic bike ships well packed in an oversized carton and arrives ready to ride (after installing the pedals and turning the handle bar). If you are skilled working on bicycles and want to handle we'll consider shipping directly to you.
Otherwise, as having a bike gone over after shipping assures your safety, we'd recommend letting us ship c/o your local bike shop. Tuning and adjusting your bike as well maximizes durability and rider enjoyment. Mail us a copy of the shop's receipt and we'll mail you a $50 check toward what the shop may charge you.
