Since 1996, when we opened our doors in Seattle, our commitment remains to thoroughly and patiently assist each and every good faith customer in his or her selection of the right bike. We encourage prospective customers to avail themselves in particular of the extensive information on this web site and to test ride (several times if that is what it takes). We aim to provide a non-pressure sales environment. All our sales & service persons ride electric and folding bikes themselves. While it is not for us to presume we do express our concerns if it seems doubtful to us that an electric bike may not meet a customer's expectations, i.e. 'if it does work for you it shall not work for us'.
While encouraging and facilitating test rides we reserve the right to refuse test rides without providing a reason. A rider needs to leave ID in the store, and is required to sign a release form. As per state law (RCW 46.04) a rider must be minimum 16 years of age, and wear a helmet (we lend you one). The rider is responsible for any damage to the demo bike or any other property and personal injury to him/herself and others.
Our Seattle store sells assembled bikes for pick up in the store. Come in and place your order, phone or email us.
We accept cash, major credit cards, and personal local checks with valid ID.
Our manufacturers require that we record an address or phone number in case of a recall. We never provide your information to anyone else.
If you bought your bike from us we shall be glad to fully support it with service, repairs and parts. Our Seattle service department is currently not staffed to handle other bikes.
We'll gladly expend any reasonable amount of time and effort to assist the customer in making the right choice for him or her. If you need to talk to us several times about a purchase please do. If you need to test ride several bikes several times you are welcome to do so. Ours is a non-pressure sales environment. If we have reservations about your prospective purchase you have our promise that we'll say so. In view of this we do not subsequently accept the return of a product beyond what may be stipulated in the specific manufacturer's warranty.
