Customers who buy their bikes from us may rely on us for parts and service for years to come.
Our service department was established in 1996 and prides itself on a high skill level, experience and dedication to customer satisfaction.
The shop rate for bicycle work is $55/hour and for electric $75. The minimum service charge is $25 to assess and/or for work undertaken.
We have sofar been able to satisfactorily service also bikes which have been shipped throughout the U.S. and cannot conveniently be brought to our stores.
As the U.S. importer we stock parts and accessories for eZee.
For recently discontinued models we stock Giant Lite parts and have access to SuedeE parts.
