Bikes, parts and accessories are packed with great care to minimize shipping damage, which has been rare over the years. Please note however that in order to consider a damage claim the shipping companies absolutely require that the receiver (= bike customer) notes any damage immediately on actual delivery, retains the original packaging and promptly files a claim. Freight rates include insurance. Electric Bikes Northwest + California and Folding Bikes West can not be responsible for shipping damage.
We'll gladly expend any reasonable amount of time and effort to assist the customer in making the right choice for him or her. If you need to talk to us several times about a purchase please do. Ours is a non-pressure sales environment. If we have reservations about your prospective purchase you have our promise that we'll say so. In view of this we do not subsequently accept the return of a product beyond what may be stipulated in the specific manufacturer's warranty.
