Bikes, parts and accessories are packed with great care to minimize shipping damage, which has been rare over the years. Please note however that in order to consider a damage claim the shipping companies absolutely require that the receiver (= bike customer) notes any damage immediately on actual delivery, retains the original packaging and promptly files a claim. Freight rates include insurance. We cannot be responsible for shipping delays or damage.
Our sales staff provides a zero pressure sales environment rarely found these days. We gladly expend any reasonable amount of time and effort to assist the customer in making the right bike choice. If we have any reservations about your prospective purchase you have our promise that we'll speak up. In view of this we cannot accept the return of a product beyond what may be stipulated in the specific manufacturer's warranty.
