Brompton is truly the meeting and merging of form and function. With exquisite style and beauty as well as an intuitive and elegant bike. If you have not ridden one, you need to try it to believe it. The bike has so may purposes and applications it almost boggles the mind! Here in Seattle we see people using them on their boats or tucking them in the corner of their tight living spaces. Great for multi modal transportation applications. Easy to carry on a bus, train or even an airplane! And as far as riding long distances, I'm not even joking that we have customers that ride the Seattle to Portland ride every year on their Brompton. One of our staff flew to the Netherlands and rode 700 miles down to Octoberfest. This is no clown bike!
Brompton Folding Bicycles
For 50 years, Brompton Bicycles has been making the highest quality, most compact and yet most comfortable folding bike. The classic C-Line has 16" wheels, caliper brakes, multiple gearing options and 3 different size handlebar/stem configurations. The new G-Line had 20" wheels, hydraulic disc brakes, Alfine 8spd IGH, and also 3 different size handlebar/stem configurations. There is also the P-Line and T-Line which are the classic 16" wheel, but with either partial Titanium, or full Titanium frames.
