Through an exclusive partnership with KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Mips, we shared our helmet’s CAD designs and studied the malleable skulls of young children with Finite Element Analysis (FEA). DATA DRIVEN INNOVATION: Coming out of our KTH and Mips partnership, the Mio 2 had increased the amount of low-density foam inside by 16.5%, only growing the overall size of the helmet by 2.5%.
